I recently bought the Vidalia Chop Wizard hoping that it would make some of my work in the kitchen more efficient, and after having used it for the for past month, I have no idea how I got by without it! I have been thoroughly impressed with the ease and speed of chopping and dicing ingredients. I have pretty much tested it with every ingredient I have needed to chop or dice, and it worked brilliantly. And my husband even tried it today to dice tomatoes, celery, green pepper, and cucumbers for a salad he was preparing for work tomorrow.
